• the page or experience from which a Travel Brief was started when that context is available.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the information you include in that communication.

Our website, hosting, security and form-processing providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, referring page and request logs when necessary to operate and protect their services.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through the Travel Brief.

The Rio Unbound Travel Brief is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Information submitted through the form is therefore transmitted to Formspree so that the submission can be delivered to Rio Unbound.

If you choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to the privacy practices of that service.

Submitting a Travel Brief does not mean that your information is automatically shared with guides, drivers or local partners.
